Carpet Binding
Many people today seem to be confused as to what carpet binding is and what services are available to them. Unfortunately with the entry of “big box” style stores into the rug and mat markets this problem seems to be becoming worse.
However since every persons taste is different and sometimes you want something a little more personalized that’s where a quick visit to your local carpet binding shop can really pay off.
Types of Carpet Binding

Rugs |
Typically found on hardwood floors as decorative or protective items, carpet binding can turn a ordinary 10’ x 10’ leftover piece of carpet into a unique and elegant centerpiece to your home. The cost involved in such a project varies based on the type of carpet binding tape used. |

Mats |
These are usually found in bathrooms or entrance areas however certain carpet binding machines can also custom bind a mat for your boat or car! Typically you can expect to pay upwards of $1.20 per linear foot and we recommend a carpet with a rubberized backing to protect it from moisture. |

Runners |
Often used in foyers, tiled or hardwood floors a Runner is often the perfect use for those extra 2-3 feet of leftover carpet found on most jobs. Expect to be charged about $1.20 per linear foot but if you shop around you may get it as low as $0.75 per foot |
